Awesom!!!!

This is my third year using Turbo Tax and it has failed me any of the times that I used it. I would recommend this program to my family and friends
What's great about it: Fast Refund and Accurate

Easy and fast

In general the application is really easy to use and accurate.
What's great about it: Guides you step by step
What's not so great: When one deduction is not applicable, would be good to know why
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Tax Year Done

Have not tried any other software but really liked Turbo Tax. I used to have my taxes prepared by military volunteers and had some issues with IRS so I decided to do my returns and found that Turbo Tax's detailed presentation made the complex procedure very manageable; plus have had no IRS questions in the last 3 returns that I used the product.
What's great about it: Detailed step-by-step procedures
What's not so great: Can be costly

Was surprised and disappointed to note that TurboTax charges an extra fee to E-file the returns. I thought that fee was included in the original purchase price.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Unexpected fees.

could not figure out something

I had some forms that I didn't need this year, but the software carried it over from last year. It kept asking me to review it at the end, by showing me the actual on paper looking forms. That is quite confusing because in the software I never complete the actual form, but when I need to correct something it is asking it there. So that should be a little bit somehow made easier to figure out
