I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who'll listen.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step-by-step, with 'extra' explainations
What's not so great: Couldn't work magic on what I owed.

Turbo Tax makes filing your taxes super easy. It checks for errors, gives you an audit risk and you can efile directly from the program. The perfect one-stop shop for filing taxes. I've used Turbo Tax for 5+ years now and can't imagine doing my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Super easy to use. Guides you through the process and helps to identify deductions you may not have considered.
What's not so great: Not a quick process.

This is my third year using Turbo Tax. I love it! It is very easy to use and makes me feel confident that everything is correct.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxing with Ease

TurboTax makes filing taxes as easy as it could ever be. TurboTax takes the stress out of "That time of the year" You take it step by step and the program will even point out things you may have missed or entered incorrectly. The side by side comparison from the year before allows me to ensure that I am not missing something. It is so easy, a kid could do it.
What's great about it: Step by step through incomes, expenses and deductions. You make it so easy!
What's not so great: Can't think of anything. Sorry!
