My taxes are bit too complex for the free website filing so I use TurboTax. It's guided and easy and saves me lots of cash on accountant.

Turbo Tax is Terrific

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it has been great and walked me through everything from buying a house, selling a house, work changes and divorce problems.
What's great about it: easy, understandable, user friendly
What's not so great: it was difficult to figure out how to file my 1098-T

Easy Tax Filing

I have used TurboTax for several years now and have appreciated the time it saves on calculations and the reviews to make certain that we have not missed any deductions. The error check feature is also helpful to be sure that any details have not been missed.
What's great about it: options to talk through or access forms individually
What's not so great: some items could use more explanation

Turbotax is pretty good. However, some of the instructions are too vague. For instance, this year I had a rental property wherein I converted my old principal residence into a rental property, and when the software asked for percentage of time used for business, it was unclear whether the software was asking the percentage of the year that the rental property was used or the percentage the property was used for rental during the time it was a rental property.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Sailed through my taxes

I have used TurboTax for several years. It makes my taxes less painful to do. You feel confident that they won't let you forget anything and I feel everything has been covered.
What's great about it: Turbotax makes it so clear on what to do. You feel confident that you aren't forgetting anything.

It has been a trusted tax program in my family for several years. Makes filing taxes much easier. A quicker, easier to locate answers, help area would be a nice addition.
What's great about it: Flows thru the return in an orderly fasion
