Glad That's Over!

I've been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and have yet to be disappointed... Thanks!
What's great about it: Simple to use... even for someone who knows very little about taxes!
What's not so great: Dumb thing down a bit for those of us who don't speak legal jargon.

I have used TurboTax for years and love how easy it is to use.
What's great about it: I love the ease and speed of filing with Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

easy to navigate. Import features really save time. Direct deposit really easy.
What's great about it: import from ItsDeductible, Schwab etc...
What's not so great: would be nice if last years charities could all be deleted before import from txt file from Quicken
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Fast, Easy and Inexpensive

It's personal and private. No sitting down in front of a stranger and baring your financial soul and not knowing if they will discuss your personal details with anyone but you.
What's great about it: The Q&A approach is easy to complete without stress
What's not so great: No explanation as to why or what was entered that affected the running refund tally up or down

Tried it on a whim and was really, really impressed. Good stuff.
What's great about it: Felt like I was sitting with a tax prep professional the whole time.
What's not so great: Trouble figuring out where to put 1098 escrow interest income.

Refunded Trusting Peace of Mind

The program makes me feel I can trust and have peace of mind while working on such serious matter. Doing the work feels better than interacting with a human tax accountant. All answers and possibilities are contemplated like a map road that can take you to your best destination the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable way.
I would like to receive tax advise & some good tips to maximize next year refund based on my individual picture; even some forms to easy keeping track of i.e. medical expenses or qualifying purchases with sales taxes calculations... Great program!!
