I had difficulty getting my tax documents together. I am glad that I could save the tax documents as I was able to input them.
What's great about it: It was easy to enter the tax information.
What's not so great: I would be sucking wind if I had not done 2011 taxes on Turbotax.

I'm hooked! After doing our taxes long-hand forever, this is definitely the new way to go. The Social Security worksheet in the tax booklet has always caused a problem for us.

This takes a lot of the worry out of getting the math right. With knowing the tax laws. Great package!

I'd recommend this program to anyone!!! Why pay more $$ to the accountant when you can do it by yourself?

As long as you have your tax documents at-hand, you can tackle your income tax returns in less than a day!

The examples in the help documents were very good.
What's great about it: Pulls all my old information into the new year. Saves a bunch of time!
What's not so great: Lots of the questions people post are not answered. So not as much help as I hoped.
