Turbo Tax is great. We've been using it for years so it prefills a lot of data for me and helps me make sure I capture everything.

Thorough and easy as always

This was the fastest I've ever done my taxes, and it was probably my second most complex return ever, including capital gains, etc. Well done Intuit!
What's great about it: Walkthrough was very understandable, fastest I've ever done my taxes

User Friendly

I have used TurboTax to prepare my returns for more than 25 years. The program has been improved over the years to a point that it is very user friendly, and seems to be very accurate. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is a very sophistigated program, but very user friendly.
What's not so great: None

We need a flat tax

Even with Turbo Tax, it took me almost 2 hours to complete my taxes. This is my third year using Turbo Tax. I love how information from the previous year is imported into this year's tax return. My employer deposited $800 into a Health Care Savings Account for us. This fell under the category "Less Common Income." I had a hard time working my way through this section. It could probably use more explanations. No other confusion throughout the process. I am a finance analyst, and until 3 years ago I always did my own taxes. It was a matter of pride. With kids in college, it became nearly impossible for me to wade through it all. I do believe in a flat tax. This is ridiculous. I'm so glad I can count on Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Confused in "Less Common Income" section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used turbotax for a number of years.
It has never been easier, nor more complete than with this software.
I wouldn't to it any other way; and my total time after organizing documents was maybe an hour!

What's not so great: it is somwhat cumbersome to get to forms

Have been using Turbo Tax for more then 10 years and it keeps getting easier, faster.
What's great about it: Efficiency of completing itemized tax forms
What's not so great: Does not provide likely sites to find tax rates in area or state.
