Excellent way to do your tax return and get it fil

I have used Turbo-Tax for a number of years, and it has always been a simple process of dealing with my Tax Return.
What's great about it: Very simple, and the questions it asked helped me to better complete my return and e-file it.
What's not so great: none

i like to back up all my tax info to a flash drive and i have trouble doing it ,would be easy if TT had a way to do this

I had to handle something totally new in my returns this year, and I didn't know how to do it. I called the Turbo Tax Support line and a REAL PERSON (a knowledgeable, trained CPA) walked me right through it, told me the data I would need to gather, and even helped me to enter an "example" using "dummy numbers" so that I could actually see how the program was going to prompt me and what I would need to enter in the various blanks! I took the next day to gather my data, then went back and entered each of the different portions that I needed to do very easily on my own, replacing the "example" with my real info and numbers, and voila!---My taxes are done and filed!! Wonderful support, and it is included with the cost of my program purchase! I'd recommend this system for taxes to anyone because I am not knowledgeable myself at all, but the program makes it so easy that I can do it successfully!---Thank you, Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Excellent live support; very clear step-by-step progam prompts.

good, but there are hidden cost

I didn't like the hidden costs, which more than doubled the initial cost.

I have been using Turbo Tax for ages now and would not think of NOT using it in the future. It is easy to do and calculations are guaranteed!

I like using Turbo tax. It cuts down on the amount of time I spend entering all the information. It remembers all my information from the previous year and saves so much time. But, I'm still having trouble filing my taxes electronically. I use the "fix" and still can't do it. I'm hoping this will be addressed and next year I can use the electronic filing.
What's great about it: very easy to use and understand
What's not so great: couldn't use electronic filing for my federal taxes, AGAIN!!!

Super fast and easy

I have used Turbo tax for the past 5 or 6 years without a problem. Yes I don't have the most complicated tax out there but it has always worked great.
What's great about it: Easy to use and fast
