Easy & Fast

It took me about 2 hours to complete both my state and federal taxes, print them out, save them, and e-file. Can't wait for my tax returns! Thank you, Turbo Tax!!!!

I truly enjoyed the ease of doing the return with the straightforward manner Turbo Tax is set up. I liked the back button (don't we all)? I also feel confident about the calculations. However , I don't like the idea of paying to E File the state tax return.
What's great about it: Ease of access to information regarding deductions/credits. Automatic calculations .
What's not so great: A bit vague , but I did not use chat. Do not think State E file should cost.

I have been using the Turbo Tax Deluxe Edition for the last few years. The experience has been a good one. I don't really have a con at this moment. I know that there are cheaper ways out there to do my taxes, but I like the peace of mind that I get from using your product. It's an old familar friend. There are no surprises.
What's great about it: Ease of doing taxes
What's not so great: Nothing much

ON FINAL REVIEW, IT SAID I HAD MISTAKES ON K-1-PARTNERSHIP AND K-1 S CORP INCOME. I T DID NOT DO THIS WHEN I DID THE REVIEW YESTERDAY. I DELETED THE BLANK FORMS AND E-FILED TODAY
i HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER TO YEARS AND HAVE FOUND THIS MISTAKE AND ONE OTHER IN THAT PERIOD. I LIKE THE PROGRAM VERY MUCH AND WOULD NEVER USE H&r OR TAX ACT AFTER CHECKING THEM OUT YEARS AGO TURBO IS BY FAR THE BEST
What's great about it: ALL WELL DONE EXCEPT (SEE BELOW)
What's not so great: ADDED FORMS ON REVIEW TODAY THAT I HADN'T USED

Love Turbo Tax, have used it for years. I especially like it when it discovers a deduction I didn't which results in a larger refund.
