Thank you for this product! As a senior citizen I appreciate the ease of using it. And what a tremendous savings compared to a CPA or other tax preparer.

While using Turbo Tax, and have been for several years now, I have always been amazed that each version is easier to use and finds anything and everything I could have possibly missed. It is difficult to make mistakes due to human error when using Turbo Tax. The end results to using this product is the satisfaction that I have all the credits and deductions I deserve, and confidence and peace of mind that my returns are accurate and safely filed.
What's great about it: fast, accurate, and non-confusing.

Would recommend

I started with the online version and ran into a quirk that was a problem for me. I contacted customer service twice. They were helpful, courteous, friendly and stayed on the phone with me until we were both certain my problem was fixed.
I would recommend the download version over online because the download gives you more control over forms and content than the online version.
What's great about it: easy, convenient, fast
What's not so great: online versions has quirks

TurboTax has been my tax filing program for more than ten years. It has always done a great job of getting me the best refund with the lowest cost outlay. I will continue to use TurboTax, hopefully, for many years to come.

I have been using TurboTax since 1994. I find that I can do my taxes in one afternoon since I started using your product. I don't have to go online to print forms.
