Super simple Fed return

As usual the Federal Refund e-filing was simple but the Ma e-file was not successful. System kept looping back looking for a signature that is not required. I guess I have to mail the return even though I already payed for the state e-file. Not so good.
What's great about it: Federal refund e-filed with no problem
What's not so great: MA e-file not so easy.....

JUST GOT MY TAXES DONE!

IT WENT REALLY WELL EXCEPT WHEN MY STATE WOULDNT WORK UNTIL I RESTARTED IT. I LOVE THE ABILITY TO CALL AND GET ASSISTANCE WHEN I NEED IT.
What's great about it: LOVE THE HELP!
What's not so great: DOESNT WORK WELL WITH INTERNET EXPLORER.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4-5 years and have always gotten money back. Before I usually ended up paying or at most got $12 back from the Feds and $3 from the State. I trust and highly recommend this product and the company Intuit. Thank you TT for all you do for me.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, and no hidden anything.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
