I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade with no problems and best of all no audits.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, competent
What's not so great: none to my knowledge

Very satisfied with TurboTax Deluxe.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and intuitive.
What's not so great: Could filter out some known forms that wouldn't be needed based on prior answers given in program.

Wouldn't file without Turbo Tax!

I love Turbo Tax. I can do my tax in a short period of time and be sure that everything is correct and that I get my maximum deduction. e-filing is easy, and my forms are saved for later review if needed. Just the best!

I have used Turbotax for many years now and have never had a problem, even on those years where my taxes were difficult. Took me less than an hour to complete this year.
What's great about it: Explanations walked me through deciding if I qualified for the deduction

Turbo Tax 2012

I found the application to be much easier this year than last. The guide process was easy to follow and the helpful tips were great!
The only issue I found this year was when i was using turbo tax was that at time it would check for updates and shut down turbo tax and not tell me that I needed to restart the application. Then it would ask me the same question again which I had to say no to bypass.
All in all I had an easier time filling out my taxes this year than last using turbo tax!
What's great about it: Much easier to use this year compared to last year.
What's not so great: Issues with Turb tax shutting down after updating software. No notice that this happened
