Turbo Tax is the only way to go!

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and I appreciate it's user friendly. I enjoy being able to e-file my return. I recommend turbo tax to my family and friends.
What's great about it: I've used turbo tax for several years and I love it. It's user friendly.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have been hovering around the “Owe” not “Owe” mark for a couple of years and this is the largest return we received since we have been doing this. Easy follow through and review!
The Cons are explanations of some of the deductible items however, I do know that this may have a lot to do with tax bureaucracy.
What's great about it: Easy walk through and review.
What's not so great: Explainations could have been better on some items.

Quick and Easy

Preparing taxes with TurboTax is quick and easy. If you use TurboTax for multiple years, the software can upload last year's return and cuts down on a lot of the information input needed by the user. It also uses the forms you input and the deductions you took last year and prompts you about the same forms and deductions for this year's return.
While it takes a lot of stress out of the tax preparation, it is a little expensive. Also, you need to make sure you know what you are purchasing. The Basic package only comes with federal tax preparation/filing, and you need to purchase state products in addition to paying for state e-filing. The packaging tends to be pretty clear about what it comes with (and what it doesn't), but you need to know to look for it.
What's great about it: Step-by-step directions take the stress out of preparing returns
What's not so great: It's a little expensive. You have to look for exactly what your version includes.

Much Help

this year was somewhat complicated for me and Turbo Tax got me through it. I never wait until the last week to do my taxes but this year I was avoiding the job. I don't know why. I should have known that Turbo Tax would get me through as I have been using it for many years now.

Taxes made easy

The step by step instructions were so easy to follow and captured everything I needed to enter for my tax return in just a few hours. This year's version also seemed easier to follow than last year's.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Easy way to do your taxes. Guides you through the process almost seamlessly. Only complaint is that one or two questions were slightly confusing.

Convenient and Helpful

I have been using turbo tax for about 4 yrs now and I have enjoyed the ease of filing my taxes and the help tabs that are available when I do not understand things.
Importing my info from previous returns is very helpful and time saving.
I recently was married and Turbo tax was very easy to use for filing seperately since my wife and I do not currently live together.
Over the years I feel that Turbo tax has become easier to use and at tax time ease of use and saving money is very helpful.
