I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now, I moved to another state several years ago and still own property in the other state. It is too bad that I had to purchase a second state and ended up not owing anything and didn't get any money back from them. The instructions for my circumstances are a little vague, had to do some other research online... hope I did everything right, I think I paid to much back to the other state last year.
What's great about it: Easy to see differences from last year
What's not so great: Some of the help information was not as complete as I would have liked

So easy to use!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and absolutely love it. I have CPA and non-CPA friends who also use it and swear by it. Wouldn't use anything else. Highly recommended!
What's great about it: Easy to use, very accurate, use with confidence.
What's not so great: None

2012 Fed Tax filing

I've been using Turbo-Tax since 2009 and have to say it's the easiest way to do taxes period! This is from someone who's been doing taxes by hand for 37 years. Just wished this product was around then! Would have saved a lot of long nights checking Excel spreadsheets and tax forms.

Best Yet!

This is easily the best version yet of Turbo Tax. It was easy and fast to navigate. The charitable deductions tool for non-cash donations was the most extensive and modern yet.
I was disappointed not to get the annual comparison of my tax status to the national averages that had been a feature of past versions. Also, I was a bit frustrated getting through the state income tax section since I my state doesn't have a state income tax and there was no easy way to skip it.

My only real gripe is that on web-pages that have a lot of parts, the "Continue" button is at the bottom, requiring the user to scroll down to click it. The buttons should be repeated at the top of the page for ease-of-use purposes.
What's great about it: Accurate, reasonably easy to use
What's not so great: Navigation on long pages needs work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

More money for the Government

If you fill out the tax questions and just skip the ones you don't know then I bet the refund isn't as good as if you where to dig deep and look for everything that would work in your situation. However if you do dig deep, You better pay attention to all that's written cause it is easy to get lost on the help questions and get confused. But I like the software and have used it for years. Just had more to look up this year

You should develop an online service as comprehensive as the CD program. And allow the upload of historical files to the online application. That way I can complete my return from anywhere.
Also, you should develop an online solution similar to Quicken.
