I have useTurboTax for years and I highly recommend it. It is very helpful and easy to use. It is the best tax package around.

My inspiring review of turbotax

Overall, I love turbotax. It's more useful to me than both of the CPAs I used to use, as it actually answers questions. I'd like to be able to understand a bit more about K1 scenarios that I think will happen in the next year or two (for me personally), but I'm not sure how to productize that. Overall, it's great.
What's great about it: love the detailed tangents that explain the rules behind things
What's not so great: I'd like to be able to see more of the forms throughout
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax is excelent

I like Turbotax, I have been used Turbotax for about 15 years. I have no question and accurate calculation.
What's great about it: Automatic calculation with out you do it yourself
What's not so great: Help center need go direct to question without log on.

Easy to follow

Overall I like turbotax, have used it for years. Loved option of importing my investment 1099 info. Also, I've always loved the little tax calculator at the top (even though it's a bummer when it goes red lol!). The only difficulty that I find in using the program is sometimes there are too many screens to run through if you know exactly where you need to go.
I do plan on continuing using the program in the future. I definitely like the desktop over the online version. Last time that I tried online, I couldn't find the ability to transfer my prior year tax return from desktop, that was a drawback.

What's great about it: Love the "as you go" tax calculator and importing my investment info
What's not so great: To many screens to go through if you know exactly where you want to go

Did it in my jammies!

I had used this service a few years ago and had a bad experience. I tried it now and everything was great! I spoke to customer service and very helpful. Im glad I did this because I had to search for some documents that I didn't realize I could get deduction for. Definitely use again!
What's great about it: from the comfort of your own home. No stress and no worries on time
What's not so great: Feel scared i MIGHT miss something
