Still a little technical with all the forms and I needed a little help but much easier for me in the long run
What's great about it: pretty easy for a non financial type

Life Made Easier

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and have never been audited or questioned by the IRS. I have extra income beyond my job, and Turbo Tax walks me through the forms for that. The deductions section is especially helpful in jogging my memory or making me do a little more digging. I always owe taxes, but I feel I pay the least amount possible with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Takes me through each section step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes have trouble installing the software

I really love Turbo Tax! The ease of use and comfort it provides is worth every penny!!
What's great about it: Clear, concise directions...guides to help you get the tax refund you deserve

Deleting Unused Schedule C

Schedule C could not be deleted, was used in past years but no longer self-employed
Misc. Income was just added on the 1040 without clear labeling on that form, instead a statement form was added at the end of the tax packet
What's great about it: Excellent inputting and easy to understand
What's not so great: Could not delete unnecessary schedule C; also had a problem with miscellaneous income

In past additional help features where available in the step by step review screens. Now it appears to be a premium feature and one is dependant on the user community to address additional questions.

I always use Turbo Tax and always have my taxes done correctly and on time. This was the first year that even though my last year is on the computer it program couldn't bring up last year. Other than that this program works great!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax takes everything in consideration so I don't have to know what I need
What's not so great: Only problem is the saves from last year can't always be found
