Quick and easy

Had my paperwork ready when I started and had my taxes done in an hour. Could have done it faster but wanted to double check a couple things. Can't think of how it could have been easier.
What's great about it: Very thorough and can download info directly from financial partners

Easy -- even for a complicated return!

I've been a TurboTax user for a number of years. Twice, I've tried other software and both times I stopped in the middle of the process and went out and got TurboTax. The others don't compare in any way.

Easy to use. Feel a certain amount of confidence that everything was reported accurately
Couldn't resolve error check item on California Car and Truck Expenses Worksheet, Part 1, line 9 which apparently was generated by the sofware, but questioned in the error check process. Tried calling customer Tech Support to inquire about it, but gave up after about an hour of wait time for a representative.
I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and find it to be generally a reliable product and worth the price.
