Simple and Easy

easy to use even my grandma who doesn't know how to read can do her taxes with Turbo tax
What's great about it: easy step by step
What's not so great: charge a little less since i purchased the software

2012 Taxes

All seemed fine until I got near the end when it seemed I had missed the home property tax deduction so I went back and it seems that the program put in my mortgage interest paid and not my actual property tax paid which I didn't even remember putting in the form. Other than this, I don't think there were any other issues.

Printing

Spent more time printing my return than entering data.
Could not find an actual print button, just a way to save to pdf. or print preview which tried to convert to work withoust success. Clicked the need to print button which took me to turbotax wedsite which indicated I needed a sign-on to print, I set up a sign-on and then got a let's get started screen. What a mess. You took something simple in prior versions and made it complex. You need an actual print button for the folks that bought the program from a retailer. I may look at other programs because of this issue. Thanks

I have always been skeptical about using software to help filing tax refunds, maybe because I'm old school, and I do everything manually, but my brother, who is older than me, uses Turbo Tax every year, and he loves it! He gave me a copy of TurboTax, I popped it into my computer, and got started...it was as easy as that!
What's great about it: The format was so easy to use.
What's not so great: There was nothing I didn't like!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
