Very User Friendly & Exceptional Customer Support

I like using Turbo Tax Deluxe because it allows me as a working professional to ease into the process of doing my taxes. I did not feel overwhelmed in doing my taxes because of the user friendly Turbo Tax platform in which the software allows me to flag, save and go back to where I left off.
I also like the 3 customer service options Turbo Tax provides. I used the phone option to inquire into how to print the income tax detailed breakdown which is not an option in forms. I appreciate the diligence the Turbo Tax staff provided in getting me a answer in solving this dilemma.
What's great about it: Flags, Step by Step Process
What's not so great: Not enough to Complain

Turbotax is an excellent product. It keeps track of your tax attributes year over year and completes information as needed from one year to the next. Provides ticklers to assist in completing a complete and accurate return.

Quik and to the point

Overall I have had a very good experience with Turbo Tax. I have been using now since 2003, using a competitor for one of those years, returning to Turbo Tax the next year. I feel as though I have gotten the best returns or deductions that I could have gotten overall. I don't like the extra cost for efiling for the state return.
What's great about it: Quick and easy process to complete my 2012 tax return
What's not so great: Did not understand some of the royalties paperwork

I use it, my kids use it, and my boyfriend who is a tax accountant recommends it!

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax since 2006. It is great. However, I have difficulty starting another tax return once I complete mine. It continues to display my Tax return.
What's great about it: Simple, Helpful and Detail
What's not so great: Not easy to start another tax return

Killed my Taxes

As always Turbo Tax was awesome again this year! All the questions were asked and answered and I got another refund from my federal return

overall, it is one of the best tax filing programs. been using this every year.
