Happy Refund!

This is the 3rd year I've used Turbo Tax and find it very easy to complete. It gives you the maximum refund you are entitled to. They walk you through every step and constantly review for incorrect or missing information. I've been very satisfied with the ease of filing every time I've used it and been very happy with my refund. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Can pick up where you left off without going back to start
What's not so great: Not much!

Really enjoy using Turbo Tax! It makes it easy to do and stop and go back again later and pick up where you left off.

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 + years and I would NOT do taxes without now. It is so simple and saves so much time. The best part is it will find deductions that I didn't know to look for. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: simple & quick!
What's not so great: little bothersome when returning to previous point
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

9 out of 10. Easy to use, easy forms to fill out, easy to e-file.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: Some deduction nomenclature could be added or updated. State e-file should be free also.
