TURBO TAX 2012

Have used turbo tax over the last 6 to 7 years now.. was helpful years ago with a trust fund issue I had,, went to a Tax Guy, what a mistake...tried Turbo tax...just walked me through the whole way, received a refund rather than a large payment the Tax Guy said I owed...just do the steps...
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not much just hate doing my taxes every year.

Excellent product! Very user friendly and the download version makes completing a horrble task very easy. Recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a product which they can use to prepare taxes themselves.
What's great about it: Guides you through every possible senario and catches mistakes that might otherwise cause issues once submitted.
What's not so great: None

No Refund, But Didn't Cost Us That Much

Turbo Tax gets better every year. I don't even dread doing my taxes and I knew I was going to owe money this year. The program walked me through every possibility. What I really like is that you can easily go back and make changes or updates. The program error check is also great! You can only look at something so long and then you do overlook something, but with the error check that is not a worry.
What's great about it: Walks you through every possibility for a refund. Keeps you from paying more than you should.
What's not so great: None as far as I could tell or find.

This was my second time using TurboTax and I love it. My former tax person didn't check this deep to fnd deductions.
What's great about it: Does most of the work for you. Very detailed program
What's not so great: Any aditional costs to file should be stated at beginning
