When I had an error pop up, it took me two days to figure out how to fix it and that was only because I referred to my last years return paperwork to find out what form it was.
What's great about it: loved all the detail - step by step
What's not so great: be more specific when trying to correct errors and give directions to get to the proper form to fix.

All too easy

I've used Turbo tax for the past 4 years, it is extremely accurate and very user friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: Ease of use, accurate,cost, support
What's not so great: Had trouble making my state return payment.

2012 Version Do Not Like

TurboTax for my MAC was not available this year. I had to go to another computer and could not transfer data from last year's return done on my MAC.
I did not like the extra steps this program kept taking to return to StepByStep after I visted different forms.
It timed me out on my payment process at the end for filing. Had to input all that info again. That was ridiculous. And I did not dilly-dally on inputting the info. I doubt I will use TurboTax again after using it for over 12 years.
