HOORAY FOR TURBO

After using Turbo Tax for the first time, I will most certainly give my approval. I feel confident that it was complete and accurate. I will recommend using it to everyone.
What's great about it: PROFESSIONAL HELP; ALL NECESSARY FORMS IMMEDIATELY READY TO USE; ACCURACY; COMPLETENESS
What's not so great: Did no allow me to say that FL, where we reside, has no income tax; thus no forms to fill out.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Mostly Great; Keep Up with the Changes

99% of the information transferred from previous years have been accurate. Which is why I was startled to see the problem with that one figure. It's very hard to keep up with the constant changes, but we're depending on you! I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. Thanks.
What's great about it: Lovely to keep a record of previous years and show me new deductions
What's not so great: Had the wrong amount of last year's state tax refund

Quick & Easy

I always wait until the last minute but do file all of my information and documents in a folder so I'm at least prepared that way. I started my income tax return at 2:30 and here it is 5:24 and I'm finished completing my income tax and filing it - just printing and waiting for that process to finish!
What's great about it: Finished my return in just a few hours
What's not so great: 'nothing

What's great about it: helpful explainations regarding what qualifies as a deduction, etc

I use Turbo Tax every year because it is easy to use and I don't have to re-enter all of my personal information, because it is saved from last year.
What's great about it: Had my info saved from last year, easy to use
What's not so great: Tedious to input individual donations, and, why only 1 free state return?
