Easy to use

I've used TurboTax for several years and have found it to improve each year. Overall, it's a very easy program to use and makes the process pretty simple.
What's great about it: Software is very user friendly
What's not so great: too difficult to jump around in the forms

2012 with Turbo

The tax process moved along quickly and had the information for 2011 that helped get the numbers for 2012. The language used was easy to follow and it was easy to input data.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and moves along quickly
What's not so great: Some items seemed to be out of order

Amazingly easy to use

This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax and I continue to be pleased with how user-friendly it is. The questions Turbo Tax uses to guide me through the program are straight forward. The IRS really should consider having Turbo Tax write their instructions!
What's great about it: Clear, concise instructions. The help menus do a good job explaining complicated issues in just a few words.
What's not so great: None

Easy to use

Overall this is a great way to do my taxes. Instead of spending hours reading tax guides before even entering data I am able to complete the process in less than 2 hours once I have all the relevant financial data collected. And the automatic calculation of the ALT is a bonus so I don't have to worry about that.
What's great about it: The easy step by step guidance through the tax form. Also the automatic filling in of the relevant information on the v
What's not so great: I got stuck in a loop of questions about the business use of my truck that I couldn't get out

Turbo Tax Works for Our Family

I prepared the tax returns for my family this year. This included my three daughter's returns and our married - filing jointly return. The process was so easy with Turbo Tax. I felt very secure with each step as the program is well written and simple to follow along. Positive experience!

I found this software to be very good at asking all the correct
questions in such a way that it was very easy to find the information and answer those questions properly. It gave good additional information along the way to help understand the questions on specific topics. It is very helpful and I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it continues to improve.
