Easy Refund experience

This software is our go to tax consulant. We depend on Turbo-Tax and it's easy use and checking, verification process to capture and alert us of errors and missed deductions. We have used this product for years and will continue to use this product for years to come. It has found us deductions even the accountant missed..Super job, It Rocks.

Turbo Tax could give some kind of incentive (discount) for loyal users.
What's great about it: good guidance
What's not so great: need to buy every year with the same price for whom are buying Turbo Tax for the first time.

Way to Go

This is the ninth year I have used Turbo Tax. I cannot see myself using any other product. It is so user friendly. It is so easy to use. I recommend it to others every year. I used to do my son's returns on it also. He got married last year and this year he and his wife used Turbo Tax on their first "joint" return. I am sure they will also be using it for many years to come!
What's great about it: easy to maneuver, directions clear, answers your questions before you ask them!

The prompts make sure I didn't miss any incom I needed to report and also helped me find deductions to minimize my tax.

I got a great refund using TurboTax

I found TurboTax Deluxe 2012 to be a great tool for me to get a great refund, even in a year where tax rules changed a lot and made it more difficult to get a refund. Easy to use interface with detailed information available when required. I highly recommend this product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, identified many deductibles and always chose the correct methods.
What's not so great: Information in detailed windows wasn't always as informative as I would have liked.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
