Been using TurboTax forever

After I went through every step to efile: check, agree to everything, pay, agree to transmit, THEN it check for updates to Turbotax, stops the process, installs the updated version, hangs, and requires a manual abort. Why not check for updates BEFORE starting the efile process?
What's great about it: I really like TT and rely on it every year. I highly recommend it.
What's not so great: There is one really irritating feature this year: see below

Extremely Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and completely happy with the program. My taxes are pretty simple, but it gives me a great opportunity to make sure I don't miss anything.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, Gives a lot of explanation
What's not so great: Long loading and updating times

Turbo Tax is the easiest and the most thorough way to do taxes. They were correct when they said they would guide me like a GPS! They did just that, and I did not get lost at all! Great program.

Overall we were pleased with the program. We have used TurboTax for the past four years and have typically purchased it as a CD. Next year we plan to purchase it on-line.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Like the risk assessment feature towards end of program.
What's not so great: Found it somewhat cumbersome activating vertical scroll bar. It may be related to us using a Mac.

I'm in charge of doing the taxes for my family, with so many returns due, Turbo Tax gives me a fighting chance to get them all done in time without the need for extensions.
What's great about it: Ease of use

Painless taxes filing again this year!

For the past several years we have filed our state and federal returns using Turbo Tax. It really simplifies the process and helps us finish quickly.
