Reliable Product

I've used turbo tax since 1993 when it came out on 3 1/2" floppies. 20 years of TurboTax that should say something about the product.

I usually am tasked with several returns a year in addition to my own. It would be hopeless without TurboTax. The ability to recall last year's return is invaluable. With the addition of Quicken, these two products make a complete financial framework.

1099G

Would not let me submit my return because my taxes paid on my 1099G was more than half of the earnings. I had to reduce my taxes paid on the form to 50% of the earnings for it to transmit. Because I had to reduce the amount I paid, my refund was reduced by $12. Therefore I did not get my maximum refund that Turbo Tax guarantees.
What's not so great: Would not let me file because the tax paid on my 1099G was more than half of the earnings.
