Easy Peasy!

I have used TurbgTax for 20+YEARS! In my opinion is it the ONLY tax prep option! We have owned and rented, been self-employed, unemployed, farm owners, hobby artists, LLC, Corp, and now Corporate W-2 employees. Life changes- and TurboTax changes with us. Thank you for being there and being dependable!
What's great about it: So fast..! So concise!
What's not so great: Absolutely NONE!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is the software i have used for over 10 years. It is great and has improved annually.

Easy to use. Help was great.

I have been using TURBO TAX for years. It has been easy to use. Taxes were finished quickly. Even though I hate doing taxes, TURBO TAX almost makes it fun.
The only problem was with printing. It said I needed a new ADOBE. After it was downloaded, printing wound not work. After contacting TURBO TAX CHAT, I got a new version and was able to print.

What's great about it: Quick. Very easy to use.

Good to go

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. My only beef is that it took me 24 pages to copy. It would also be nice if I hadn't had to look up how much it cost me to efile my State return last year.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Do we really need all that paperwork?

I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to do so. Great ease of use. Followup on refunds easy. Automatic order for software each year. Never a problem.

What's great about it: Populates prior year info, info is easy to interpret
What's not so great: Too bad it doesn't pull moe info automatically from accounts or integrated to be "done" vs doing yearly....

Turbo Tax Keeps Getting Better

I started using Turbo Tax more than ten years ago. I enjoyed sending in crisp, professional looking tax forms then. Now, in additional to crisp, professional looking tax forms, I also get step-by-step guidance (if I want), or cut-to-the chase outlines for the sections that I understand and can buzz through quickly. The addition of pop-up questions and answers to help me understand tax questions that are specific to MY forms, is invaluable. If you can read, you can do your taxes using TurboTax!
What's great about it: Walks you through even complicated tax issues. Questions you might have are answered in pop-up boxes.
What's not so great: Insists on printing extra forms. I want to just print what I have to send - the rest I can be saved in an e-doc.

Better Each Year

I have used TurboTax for more than 10 years. It would be difficult to convince me to use another product. I especially like that I can use It's Deductible along with the software.
I believe that TurboTax enables me to file accurate and timely returns each year.
What's great about it: TurboTax is easy to use. It makes the chore of doing my tax returns almost enjoyable!
What's not so great: None to speak off.
