So Simple Even a Caveman Could Do It!

TurboTax Deluxe 2012 was so easy to use, even a caveman could do it. This software tax suite is straightforward, easy to navigate, and quite thorough. I have always been impressed at how little time I spend actually working through the TurboTax software. I spend more time gathering up all of my records and placing things in order than I do actually "doing" my taxes. It's great!

TurboTax actually understands the US Tax Code. I don't. With TurboTax, I can see how the different choices I've made affect my tax situation. Easy, complete, helpful. For me, essential!

Turbo Tax makes it easy again

Been using this product for years and it's the easiest way to do taxes without the cost of an tax accountant.

Buggy and crashes :(

Overall, the software is very good but kept crashing whenever I used the Flags feature - esp. deleting a flag. Ended up having to re-enter a bunch of data as there is no auto save option in the product.
What's great about it: Still very easy to use.
What's not so great: Kept crashing when using the Flags feature
