Was painless!

TurboTax is quick and painless. Everyone hates having to do their taxes, but TurboTax made it easy. The input is easy and quick thanks to the helpful deduction and credit prompts.

Great Help With Walking Me Through Credits!!

I really like the ability to file both Federal and State taxes together. Turbo Tax is wonderful about finding all the updated tax information. Always a great help with filing! Have used it for 8 years now, won't use anything else!
What's great about it: Helpful tax info and great with ability to file both Federal and State together!
What's not so great: Not any that I have found.

KISS - Keep it simple stupid!

This is my 3rd season using Turbo Tax. I feel confident that I have no errors and have obtained my maximum refund. Each question's details and information leave no rock unturned. The software is so user friendly I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guidance
What's not so great: Slow to upload occaisionally

first time user - success! we've been paying for tax preparation for years, but turbo tax found us the same deductions that the professional always found, and for less money
What's great about it: walks you through every possible deduction

Ridiculous 'Convenience Fee'

I found the product easy to use, but was grossly disappointed when I went to file and was told there would be a 2.49% 'convenience fee' - the most ridiculous fee I have ever seen
What's great about it: Wlaked through everything - made filing easy

My family has used turbo tax since 2000 and every year it is just as easy, straight forward and economical to use. Best software tax program there is!
