Made a mess of my state tax return

Even my CPA friend could not figure out why an annuity kept appearing on my husband's state tax return thus requiring a PA state tax payment. In our state they are not taxable. We ended up doing everything on paper.

Step by step, one way or another

Lots of medical bills and deductions this year made me hesitant to use TurboTax. However, after going through the step by step process for each section, i'm very confident that i not only filed my taxes correctly - but i maximized my refund!

So easy

I enjoyed being able to move throughout the return with ease. I needed to correct something on my W2 ( a decimal was in the wrong place and it made a huge difference!).
What's great about it: The program is so easy to use. With the step by step guidance it made filing very straight forward.

I'm no computer expert but it was really simple for me to use. Did have one snag with state form. Used chat room and person was very friendly and helpful. It did take about 90 min to hear from her but she was able to solve problem.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: Had trouble with occupation line on state worksheet. Had trouble with same line last year.

Pain Free Filing

I have had my taxes professionally prepared for the last several years. This year I opted to try TurboTax despite several complexaties including a work related relocation of my family.
Pain Free!!! I will heartily recommend the use of TurboTax to friends & family.
