Downloading Financial Institution information

During the final review I found that the VA state return had down loaded the Non-VA bond information into the form (which is an addition/adjustment for the VA return) TWICE!. If I have not seen this in the form, I would have paid too much (again) VA tax. Looking at last year's return the same thing happened and will need to file an amended return.
Would like to discuss with a rep- to show you the quirks of downloading from an institution twice -especially when the institution release supplements. Have work around

What's not so great: Will indirectly double information into the state (VA ) return when downlloading supplemental inform

User friendly except for having to manually input W2 and 1099's. The ITS DEDUCTIBLE application was extremely helpful.

This is a great program for getting taxes filed and doing it accurately. A small confusion point (Roth conversion) in 2010 resulted in an audit with back taxes due and a need to re-do 2011 taxes. Getting in and filing an amended 2011 form was not easy. However, the 2012 went smoothly once the previous errors were corrected.
