Have been using Turbo tax for many years. It has never let me down. Anyone can use it. Many help menus, that are very good.
What's great about it: very detailed. step by step approach.
What's not so great: ears there was an actual part of the return form you could see.

Turbo Tax has given me the confidence to really review my financial assets. It gives me ideas to plan for next year's tax event. While we all would like to be clarivoant about the future I would like Turbo Tax to forecast tax law at least 5 years out so I can develop plans for saving and moving my assets to benefit my family and I.
What's great about it: Very Detailed Explanations of items
What's not so great: I needed the software to tell me to check for difference from previous year files that are abnormal

Love the no hunting for forms.
Love that I'm done.
Love that I have the option to e-file or mail.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, carries over repetitive info without me entering it again.
What's not so great: none

Turbotax is so EASY to use! I love how it brings info in from the prior year - saving so much time! The step by step process gives me confidence that I'm getting the highest refund while reducing the possibility that I'll have any difficulties if ever audited.
