Excellent As Usual

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least the past fifeen years and find the program consistently excellent as well as providing any additional help as needed. I have recommended the program to many friends. Keep up the good work. I am not a tax professional but worked in the accounting field for more than 30 years. I have yet to encouner a problem with input and filing that was not resolved easily. At age 87 I find that Turbo Tax preparation keeps my mind busy and alert.
What's great about it: Ease of Input and best instructions

Great program despite the new tax regs!

I've been using the program for many years for my own taxes as well as my kids taxes. I like the ease of use, simplicity, and familiarity year to year. A great program, I will encourage my kids to use it when they begin doing their own taxes!
What's great about it: Ease of use, particularly if you used the program in previous tax years...
What's not so great: Few, mostly due to the complexity of the tax code.

Turbo Tax makes doing taxes painless. It leads you right through the process, checks for accuracy, completes the forms, and then transmits the return. Can't ask for anything more!
What's great about it: Love being able to do my return without having to make an appt.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and I have never been disappointed.
What's not so great: My bank doesn't participate in the ability to upload interest income.
