I purchased state and federal....... why do I have to pay again to file state when i purchased the program with state. that is ridiculous. I'll just use another tax program next year and not have to worry about hidden fees
What's great about it: the forms
What's not so great: paying twice for the same thing
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Product is excellent for average returns. Easy to follow interviews and clear explanations. E-file is easy and is a great value overall. Have done returns for my adult children for the last few years with no problems and zero stress for them. Full confidence in accuracy and completeness of returns. Thanks Turbo Tax!

When I got to my state taxes it wouldn't let me into them it kept trying to download. I had to close the file and come back in in order to get into my state info. Also when I was ready to efile it came back to me looking for a zip and state on my W-2 and wouldn't let me get past that without entering something. I didn't have any W-2s. This is the first year I was disappointed in the software.
What's great about it: Content is excellent
What's not so great: Ease of use was worse this year then it has ever been

This is my third straight year using Turbo Tax. Every year it gets easier. It is quick, easy to understand and you can get great help. And, you don't have to be a tax pro. Anyone can do it. Just get your forms together and get going.
What's great about it: Speed, understandability, help

I have used TurboTax since 2002 to prepare my Federal and Nebraska Income Tax Returns. I have always found the software very comprehensive and easy to follow. Really made my life a lot simpler. Previous to that prepared both returns by hand...................WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPECIALLY WHEN YOU MADE MISTAKES OR FORGOT SOMETHING.
What's great about it: Like everything about TurboTax

To be fair, advice was given to overcome the glitch with the state download problem. Past versions of Turbo Tax have been easier for me to use. New tax laws create headaches I guess.
What's great about it: Easy to understand for the most part
