I like the easy use of the software. It definitely helps in the completing our tax returns. I like the personal that you have for help. There seems to be alot of years of experience behind them.
What's great about it: The ability to check my return

Once Again Successful

TurboTax has been very efficient. I understand it and have confidence in the computations. only wish I could not have to go entirely thru a section and answer all the questions the second or third time through.
What's great about it: Step by Step covers all aspects; information from prior year invaluable
What's not so great: when I go back to a section, am forced to answer all the questions again rather than just being able to correct the one

Cool, quick, and easy

I hate doing the taxes but at least Turbotax makes the process as painless as possible.
What's great about it: Easy to update from last year; done in a couple of hours.
What's not so great: None that occur to me.

Took too long:( I kept getting errors and would have to start a section over again. Ended up taking me 6 hours to complete due to problems with the program freezing and i would have to shut down and restart. Good thing I saved regularly!
What's great about it: cheaper and easy
What's not so great: Long loading times, errors requiring me to restart process

2012 Turbo Tax Review

I have used this for several years, BUT this year the donations portion was VERY confusing and it needs to a little more free form. Also I found the beginning where my income was listed to be inaccurate
LOVED the State Prep ..
What's great about it: Lots
What's not so great: Enough to make me rethink using Turbo Tax again

TurboTax gets it done for me every year

I rely on TurboTax every year. It's easy to use. The instructions are clear and concise. Explanations are provided why each step is being taken. The final documents look very professionally done. Filing is easy and TurboTax gives me great confidence that my returns have been delivered securely.
What's great about it: Easy of use and concise accurate instructions

TurboTax flows

I've used TurboTax for several years now and I keep coming back. It isn't perfect but generally is well organized and asks good questions in layman's terms. I like how it flows.
My only difficulty was I used a schedule C once in the past and had trouble understanding it then and this year I didn't need it but had to keep responding to questions that made me fill in responses I didn't want to in order to complete the return. I made note at the begining that I didn't want to use C but it forced me to. I assume I had to based on prior use but I wish TurboTax would have given me explanation of that.
Otherwise I like TurboTax and I'll be back next year.

Breezed through refund

Good overview of steps needed to take to complete our taxes this year. Fairly easy to understand each step...only one or two areas required me to do a little further digging on what was needed or what certain terms meant. Wonderful for the every-day american.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step review.
What's not so great: Could be more clear on a list of all paperwork needed before starting.
