Good product - well satisfied. - also a good value
What's great about it: Have used 5-6 years. I like how Turbo is continually upgraded and the ease od use.
What's not so great: None come to mind. Would like a refund more often but I trust Turbo

I have used tubo tax every year since it came on 5.25 floppies. I like the consistant design. remembering my old stuff and putting it next to the current.
What's great about it: easy interface

Ever changing

Again, I am pleased with the current updates over last year which instill confidence that TurboTax is staying current with all of the changes taken place in Washington D.C. I have used TurboTax for years for this major reason. I especially love the interaction with the software that provides checks and balances to ensure correct data is being input to the software. I am extremely pleased with the portability of my information.
I would like to see in the future a key that would allow me to review the filled out forms, and an option to table this year's data for comparsion of the last two years. Another change that I would like to see is helpful hints for tax savings for the person to review for the next tax year (i.e. recording mileage in behalf of the business for deduction from taxes).
What's great about it: The interaction with questions, staying current with Federal and State change, and a variety of ways to file are pros
What's not so great: I encountered errors backing up and making changes. For example with Audit Defense purchase. Plus, it isn't obvious fo

Have used TurboTax since it was first shipped on floppies (Google it, youngsters). As clear, concise and comprehensive as always; with new developments, tools, and ease of use each year. Will I ever pay a tax preparer? Why would I?
