What's great about it: Easy to use, like that it pulls the information in and compares from last year
What's not so great: Wish it was cheaper :)

I think next years it will be easier because data will pull in from last year
What's great about it: informatiaon needed for questions was understandable
What's not so great: took to long

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Very fast and convenient.
What's great about it: East to review what I filed last year compared to this year!
What's not so great: Having to pay to file my State refund.

Awesome product. i have used it for 8 years with no problems. i have shown the program to my family and most now use it. i have not had to call for help on this because it is all there. keep it up. see you next year

Overall it is a great product. The efforts to make it better make it harder to use. Last years model was much more user friendly.
What's great about it: It bremembers everything for you
What's not so great: to many changes when it was better before.

I've been using TurboTax for years and even though this year's taxes were a little more complicated, TurboTax made it quick and easy.
What's great about it: Just fill in the numbers and go
What's not so great: Have to pay to e-file state
