Very Easy

Great program, no wonder it owns all the market share. Only annoying thing was that I had to pay separately for state E file, if that was somehow included in the price then it would truly be all inclusive
What's great about it: simple to see, never too much information on one screen
What's not so great: Figure out how to include price of E file for state in sale price

Doing your taxes with TurboTax is the easy part, gathering all the stuff together is the hard part. Love that it does my local tax authority form also.

TurboTax always gets me my best return!

Last year, after using TurboTax for 10 years, I wanted to make sure that I was still getting my best return. I filled out my information with both TaxSlayer and TurboTax, and TurboTax got me close to $400 more, with the very same information!
What's great about it: simple, easy-to-understand
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find something you want to change...have to go through whole set of questions again.

Fantastic for "tax preparers for dummies"

I am a novice when it comes to preparing taxes and I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years, and it's the greatest thing to come along since the invention of internet. I love doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. It makes me feel secure and confident that I am doing it correctly and won't have any questions after I submit my tax return.

What's great about it: Really walks me through every single step. You can make a mistake

First time I've ever filed my taxes by myself. Worked out well overall! Federal and states taxes done in 1.5 hours, which was 8.5 hours quicker than I thought it would take.
What's great about it: Lots of money back and fun comments!
What's not so great: Nothing really, more so just needed to have the papers there.

Doing my taxes with TurboTax is the most enjoyable experience anyone can have in paying taxes (if there is such a thing). It is fast, easy, and complete. The Step by Step walkthrough of all the information needed and deductions that are available makes it easy and complete. I never worry about the accuracy or completeness of my filings and really find the experience enjoyable

What's not so great: Don't know of any.
