It Keeps Getting Better

I believe I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years now. Each year it keeps getting better. The transferring of data from prior years is a great feature. It really gives me a jump start to focus on what I need to add or delete for the current tax year. Also, the prompts are clear to help me confidently make decisions as to what I need to complete based on my particular situation.
I have real confidence in the direction and content of Turbo Tax. Last year, I was ,in fact, audited by the IRS. However, because of the worksheets, prompts and forms I followed based on Turbo Tax instruction, I prevailed over the IRS. I was able to go back to my Turbo Tax records to present my case. It took three rebuttal submissions to the IRS, but the request to pay back taxes was dismissed. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants the same convenience, competency and cost savings that I get each year I use Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: Accurate and current with the flexiblty to allow me to use to tool as I wish.
What's not so great: Navigation can still be a little cumbersome when I want jto ump around

Led us thru step by step and ended up with more than we thought we were going to get. Turbo Tax was able to find enough deductions to itemize and increase our return!

Confidence in my refund

Overall, I was very pleased. There was not thinking and thumbing through pages f a booklet to make sure I got everything right.
What's great about it: I loved that it prompted me for all possible options of deductions and let me know when I wasn't eligible.
What's not so great: It takes just as long or longer to do it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
