Sooo Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1996 to file my taxes. I have recommended it to friends and family.
What's great about it: I liked being guided through each section and the ability to go back to review and change what I entered.
What's not so great: Sometimes it was hard to get back to what I wanted to change.

great product. We've been using it for over 10 years!
What's great about it: easy to understand and walks you through every step
What's not so great: sometimes it asks questions that don't apply and you can't skip through as easily

Loving the Result

I would recommend this program to anyone but with the caution that their initial input is correct.
What's great about it: Like the way this program goes step by step and doesn't seem to leave anything uncovered.
What's not so great: I made a mistake after the final review and could not go back to edit. I had to start a new return instead.

Still waiting for Turbo Tax to Step Up

I have been using this product for 15 years - have always had confidence that I was doing things correctly and maximizing my return. Being in a gay marriage since 2004 - I kept thinking that Turbo Tax would eventually make doing my taxes in a new just as easy as before. But here I am - 8 years later - still having to create a copy of federal in order to create my "special" MA form. Come on guys & gals - I've been patient but your lack of solution for me will make me break with you next year.
What's great about it: Easy-Thorough
What's not so great: Hasnt caught up with the times

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's the most painless way of doing taxes that I've ever found. Unfortunately, it's still taxes.

skeptical at first, but now a convert. filing was easy!
What's great about it: accurate calculations and serving up of forms
