Easy and fast. Great experience!

Step by step process is fantastic. I like that I can look up my financial institutions that recieved money from in 2012, my only complaint is that Arlington Federal credit union is not listed in the financial institution list, so I would suggest increasing the number of institutions to draw tax information from for 2013.
What's great about it: Simple and fast. Finished my taxes in just a couple of hours and no confusion whatsoever.
What's not so great: A larger list of financial institutions would be nice,

Their tax professional spent over an hour helping me with my return saving me a lot of money.
What's great about it: User friendly, access to tech support and tax support via telephone. This made all the difference for me!!!!!!!!!!

Accurate Return

Having previously completed my taxes with TurboTax in 2012 (for 2011), all my pertinent, relevant information was accurately transferred to my 2012 return - no need to re-enter information.
Successfully walked me through the entire process. My returns tend to be rather straight forward, but I'm confident that TurboTax can handle the complicated returns just as well.
What's great about it: Thoroughly accurate, comprehensive
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was the easiest time I ever had doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. It was extremely easy and quick to do my taxes. Would recommend this product to anyone!!!

Easy & Fast

I've used Turbo Tax for the last several years & found it easy to use. You just answer the questions and input what they are asking for. They actually tell you where you can find the information. This was my first year where I had to add a 1099-B for mutual fund investments so it was a little confusing on that part but once I got a hang of it I got pretty good at it.
What's great about it: walked me thru it very easily
What's not so great: It could use a little more detailed information on how to input 1099-B's for mutual funds
