I have used Turbo Tax for years and it always makes it quick and easy.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't Be Easier

Overall, I'm very satisfied with TurboTax. I've been using it for several years and it makes preparing my own taxes extremely easy. My only complaint is that you should probably wait a couple of months before preparing your tasxes to make sure all the needed updates have been generated. Other than that, I fid it to be an extremely easy way to do my taxes myself.
What's great about it: Leads You Through the Whole Process
What's not so great: Need to Wait a Couple of Months for Updates

Only way to go!

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years and doing taxes could not be more simple or stress free. Turbo tax takes all the anxiety away as it walks you through your taxes step by easy to understand step.
What's great about it: So simple a 63 year old Grandmother can do this.
What's not so great: No cons, Only Pros!

Friendly Filing

I didn't have a problem with this in prior years, but for some reason the program would not allow me to apply my federal refund to next year's return.
What's great about it: transferring of last year's information
What's not so great: On my PC, steps sometimes get skipped

Good deal, East to use

I have a fairly uncomplicated return. TurboTax walked me through it and found me some extra deductions. The menues were straightforward and easy to follow.

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's never been a problem printing for mailing but this year it just kept sending us in circles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions
What's not so great: Trying to print for filing is insane !!!!!
