No stress filing my taxes

Painless and Efficient

Overall, this was a positive experience. i have always dreaded tax season, but turbotax does a highly efficient job of ensuring that what used to be a frustrating afternoon of doing taxes manually has turned into relatively painless hour of entering numbers. For the clueless, the help boxes are useful in assuaging fears that one is checking off the wrong items and will thus incur the wrath of the IRS.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step instructions. The help boxes were informative.
What's not so great: Going back and forth from menus challenging at times

Easy to File

I've used TurboTax for my taxes for the last 5 years and will continue to do so. It's very easy to import everything from the previous year, and very intuitive. If you can't figure out what a section is, there is a lot of resources immediately available for help and information.
My only complaint is that it cannot import a partially entered form from my online account. I had initially started my return online, and had finished it aside from paying for it. I ended up buying the software instead; I figured that TurboTax has a very rich import feature so of course I should be able to transfer my completed taxes from my online account into the software, or just enter a code from my purchase online and continue. I'm actually amazed that the online and software versions can't talk with each other at all, and very disappointed.
What's great about it: easy filing process, able to choose a guide or go through on own
What's not so great: Can't switch between online and software versions
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for years, it gets better and easier every year. Glad to do my taxes on my own so I have my info not the world or whoever works at the tax places from year to year

I've been using this product for the past several years. It's proven to be easy, and I've always been able to accurately file on time.
What's great about it: I appreciate the easy, step by step nature of this software. I feel confident I can handle my own taxes with Turbotax.
What's not so great: None come to mind.
