Tax return made easy

All possible catagories were offered in an easy to follow format. Jumping back to a specific area to recheck something is only one or two clics away. Additoinal automatic questions prompt you to take a second look when something is important. The review charts offer you a look at all pertinent entries at one glance. And, the e-file option is as simple as can be.

One Less Hassle

Even though my husband & I are both retired now and you would think we have plenty of time to sit down & do this, just the opposite is true. We are busier now than when we both had full-time jobs. Your product makes an unpleasant task just so much easier & efficient. We don't dread getting this done & sent off. Thanks so much & we are customers for life.
What's great about it: Transfer of previous years, step by step process, very methodical, plenty of opportunity for review/change/correction.
What's not so great: Would love free electronic of state return.

Future Tax Preparation

TurboTax use to have a future tax preparation section after you complete the tax filing grind. I could estimate my future income and deductions, comparing to previous years.
I looked everywhere in the program, future tax preparation with a new W-2 is not there.

2012 Tax return accomplished

We have been using turbo tax every year for over 10 years. It's nice to have previous year's information automatically coming in for review to make sure that the taxes are consistent and compare. This also helps to evaluate for error checking. Turbo tax makes the extremely difficult tax filing a lot easier.
What's great about it: Interactive and ease of use
What's not so great: College expense section was still confusing
