Troubleshooting issues

I have been a customer for well over 5 years and do love your programs ease of use and the thoroughness of each topic covered. However, this year I experience some downloading issues and was required to pay for my state download when I already paid for with my automatic renewal.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: had technical troubles and was made to pay for my state twice

Frustrated

during e-file process keeps bring me back to S.C. state personal info sheet, indicating various line items should not be entered (name, ss#, address) and to complete federal personal info sheet, which we had already done. After removing the information and back to e-file process it brings me right back to same S.C state info sheet saying information needs to entered. this process repeated itself numerous times and can't get out of cycle. What's up???

I have been a intuit customer for many years, and this year has been the worse for two of your products; Turbo Tax 2012, and Quicken 2013. The process from upgrading, to receiving a order number, and receiving the software was a nightmere! I hope the process improves!
What's great about it: I filed my taxes, refunds coming.
What's not so great: Updates to slow, upgrading terrible.

Mostly Good

Overall very good software. My only complaints were these:
1. I had to look up what my local taxes + state taxes were. 2. I had to look up what my school district number was. 3. I had to search whether I lived in the city, town or village of my school district.
I don't understand why the Turbo Tax software could not look up any of the above info for me based on my address. This is not private information but available publicly. Doing so would have saved me time and frustration.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and understand.
What's not so great: Could not find and fill in certain info for me.

I usually manually do my return to check Turbo Tax results. Turbo Tax always does a better job in getting a higher tax refund.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Difficulty in Cancelling rejected test returns

I have been using TurboTax for 10+ years. Very simple to use and much easier than filing by hand, and mailing which I also did for many years.
What's great about it: love the easyguide

I lowered my star rating because clicking on the preview and print the tax sheets does not print. I cannot figure out how to print them now. That is a BIG NEGATIVE against you. What is wrong with KISS (keep it simple stupid)?
