No Worries!

For anyone who is concerned about doing their own taxes...this is a "hold your hand" program that guides you along through each step. I was able to go back as many times as I liked to check my figures. Turbo Tax even finds the things you may not have thought of in order to get you the max. refund. I was at peace of mind when I finally submitted my returns. This is my third year using Turbo Tax. :)

Excellent Program! Great Customer Service!

Easy to use program, it walks you right though the process. I had 1 minor issue (my bad) but Customer Support was excellent!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
What's great about it: Easy to use program, takes the "scary' out of filing taxes.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Painless

I loved using Turbo Tax 2012 Deluxe edition. It made filing my taxes for both federal and state quick and painless and im always guaranteed a large refund with very low risks of being audited. I use them every year and always recommend this product to all my friends

This takes what is a painful, excruciating process and simplifies it.
What's great about it: Transfer of data from prior year. The help uses simple, straight forward, language to explain what is needed.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
