Turbo tax has always done a good job of being user friendly. However, after finishing the return, I found it difficult to make copies of my return, especially, the forms needed to file the return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Found it very difficult to print the return

Easier every year.

This is the 7th year I have utilized Turbo Tax for filing Fed and State -- there will be an 8th, 9th, 10th... considering how fast and easy this is. The memories of pencil-on-forms filing \ the taste of postage stamps fade. Thank you Turbo Tax for making the process simple and quick!!
What's great about it: Easy and fast to utilize.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I formerly prepared my taxes by hand but when I discovered TurboTax, have never turned back! Love the feature allowing detailed./precise documentation of non-cash charitable donations, as I conduct fundraising rummage sales throughout the year and sale leftovers of all kinds are donated to local charities. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Walks you through filing process at whatever level of help you need.
What's not so great: Hmmm... can't think of any off hand.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years, probably longer. I do my parents taxes, my kids and my own. And with each there are different situations and scenarios, but found this year that some of the questions were quite redundant where the question could have been posed better and only asked once.
I'll continue to use Turbo Tax in the future, but would like some of the answers to questions brought forth from prior year if nothing has changed and the individual is the same.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: the program needs to use previously entered information from prior years

Good Help even if we had to pay a ton

I have used this product for 10 years and will continue to use as long as my taxes don't become more complicated because of all the new rules our government decides to throw at us.
What's great about it: I like the easy step guide and importing my broker's info
What's not so great: some of the specific information on weird forms like TD F 90-22.1 is a little vague

I have relied upon Turbotax for helping me prepare my family's taxes for years. It is simple to use, easy to navigate through the various sections of income and deductions. It gives me instant feeback as I enter my information and I never have to question the accuaracy of our returns. I have also signed up for Turbotax Advantage so that I am assured that I will receive the next year's software automatically. With my busy life it makes it so nice to know I have one less thing to worry and think about.
What's great about it: Super easy to explore all income and deduction areas!!
What's not so great: Even if you knew very little about preparing your taxes, turbotax makes it easy.

Education Section Interview is Deceiving

I had to go through the interview at least 6 times to get it right. Some of the questions in the Education Credit Easty Step interview section were vague and misleading. Only after reviewing the federal forms and consulting with a CPA did I get it correct. Seems like this process defeats the whole purpose of using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Explore on My Own
What's not so great: Interview Questions should be re-phrased

I have been using Turbo-Tax for many years(10+). This years was I think the most improved and fun to use. The interface and screen information was very understandable and easy. Hope they don't break it for next year:)
What's great about it: Gets all my past info. Reduces filling out info, Shows me line by line, last years figures. Awsome
