Slower than usual

I have used both Turbotax and H&R Block in the past. I prefer Turbotax and that's why I got Turbotax this year even though it is a little more expensive than HR&Block. I was disappointed that it is slower, and almost every time I start it finds an update, and after the update it can never restart Turbotax automatically. I have to manually start it. On top of that, a few problems with the Minnesota tax returns were discovered this year.
What's great about it: Reliable
What's not so great: Slow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is about the 5th time I have used TT. It gets better every year.
What's great about it: Easy, quick
What's not so great: none

I love turbo tax. We have used it for many years now. We did try a Tax Cut one year but it didn't even come close.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hard to remove items you clicked on to see if you qualified

Easy to use; saves data from year to year which saves time on an annual basis; ability to file multiple filings; provides detailed information related to each deduction so user will know if they quality for that particular deduction

Excellent Product

In years past I've just about lost it wading through tax forms with legal language and directions that require a degree in accounting to understand.
THANK YOU Turbo Tax for making my tax time tolerable. In less than an hour I was able to sit down with my wife(our first time filing jointly) and finish the job. Couldn't ask for an easier more concise program. Completely worth the cost

This year's program made it easier to e file state taxes...however, I wish they could make it so you could pay state online as well. Very tedious to efile THEN have to still mail in my check.
