Easy!

We have used TurboTax for many years and like the fact that information can be input on our schedule, not a tax preparer's.
What's great about it: Liked the ease and speed with which we completed our returns.
What's not so great: Mileage calculations on the worksheet were incorrect, however, they were correct on the final return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pretty smooth experience

We've been using Turbotax for the past several years to file our taxes. It's relatively easy and painless. Good stuff!
What's great about it: Imports from other sources and mostly self-explanatory
What's not so great: Sometimes can be a bit confusing

Fast!!!

I love using the software. Without it I'd probably just go to a tax prep firm. I definitely feel I was well informed by the tutorials when I had any question or doubt.
What's great about it: Love the explanations and interview style
What's not so great: Shouldn't charge for State efiling since in most states doing so is free. The software isn't cheap!

TT convinced me to e-file this year

I have used Turbotax for the last 11 years and it has gotten easier over time. 2012 worked up Form 4852 better.
What's great about it: Helps me cover all the bases and is easy to use .
What's not so great: 4 pages are used to print Estimated Tax forms for 2013. Could be done on fewer pages.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Sure it costs money to e-file and have turbotax prepare your returns, but it is most definitely worth the little investment. After all, would you rather spend money or hours of life on your tax returns?
What's great about it: Nice and easy
What's not so great: Costs money instead of hassle.
