Great and improved

Sometimes the changes are small. I have used Turbo Tax for 12 years, and it becomes easier and improved each year. Love all the extra features

Easiest of all.....

Using TurboTax is so much simpler and faster than slogging thru the paper returns with the occasional baffling and confusing instructions. Have used other tax preparation software before, and this is by far the easiest and simplest. Completing returns using Turbo Tax leaves me feeling like nothing's been overlooked or entered incorrectly. I highly recommend.
What's great about it: Questions are phrased without the legales...easy to answer/easy to complete.
What's not so great: None

Another good, easy return

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years after switching from another tax software. Turbo Tax has been consistently accurate, easy to use, has everything I need and more. I have never had a problem with installation, use or e-filing.
What's great about it: Good Software, Easy to use, No issues
What's not so great: none

some challeneges in like-kind exchanges

first time changing out cars in a mileage deduction for self-employment. felt the process and program had some errors in it. specifically the car I stopped using kept duplicating on the list of cars to work with. at one point I had 3 copies of that same car to work with. had to delete the extras. I also felt they didn't explain or complete the AMT amounts very well.
What's great about it: moves you along in an orderly fashion
What's not so great: felt not enough explanation on like-kind exchanges

Quick and Easy

I have filed my taxes using Turbotax every year since buying my first house and getting married. Because the program automatically imports our return from last year and downloads my husbands w2 automatically, doing our taxes has become a relatively painless chore that takes less than 3 hours from start to finish. The program gives you step by step directions that make it easy to follow, and it also costs a ton less than if we hired an accountant. The program gets easier to navigate each year. I can honestly say that I'd rather do my taxes than clean the dishes (we don't have a dishwasher).
What's great about it: Automatically imports lasts years return and my husband's w2
What's not so great: Spent some time filling out sections that didn't make any difference to my refund

TurboTax Does It Again!

I've use TurboTax every year for many years. I don't know what I would do without it.
What's great about it: Step-by-step help is easy to use. They've stayed current on the tax law, so I don't have to.
What's not so great: None
